***A private sound journey, just for you. Every Wednesday I open my space for one-on-one sessions, or bring a friend and share the experience: gongs, singing bowls and other sonic instruments, played only for you.***
**What to Experience**
Unplug from the noise of the day and allow yourself to let go of mental clutter. Sink into deep stillness through a landscape of shifting frequencies, guiding you back to a state of calm and clarity.
Because the session is private, it is tailored to you. We start with a short conversation about what you need right now, and I shape the soundscape around that.
The session takes place in Amsterdam Noord, one ferry stop from Amsterdam Centraal or Pontsteiger.
*Note for guests: A resident cat will be present in the space. Please keep this in mind if you have any allergies.*
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your slot.
**Session Flow**
Arrival & Intention: A short conversation and meditation to help you settle in and let go of the day's energy. (+/- 15 min)
Sound Immersion: A soundscape of gongs, singing bowls, prayer bells, chimes and more, played just for you. (+/- 60 min)
Reflection & Integration: Time to gently return, reflect and integrate the experience with a cup of tea. (+/- 15 min)
**How it works**
Choose one time slot when booking. Each slot is 90 minutes and reserved just for you, or for you and a friend, so the entire space and the entire session are yours. If you come together, you get a 10% discount on the total. Just message me before booking and I'll set it up.

Blankets are provided.
Please refrain from eating for at least 1 hour before the session.

I am a sound practitioner with a passion for the profound relaxation that sound can bring. I studied sound therapy at the Peter Hess Institute in Berlin and was previously part of a studio collective there.
Now based in Amsterdam, I'm looking forward to sharing this practice with a new community. I believe that immersing ourselves in harmonizing frequencies helps us reconnect with our true nature. If we allow ourselves to truly listen, we can enter a state of presence where only the current moment exists. Here we can find inspiration, clarity, and release. While there are many modalities to access this state of lucidity, I am grateful to provide one of them.

*Contraindications*
Sound meditation is generally safe, but due to the deep vibrations, it is not recommended for:
Women in their first trimester of pregnancy.
People with pacemakers or other electronic implants.
Those with epilepsy (sound-induced seizures).
Individuals with severe mental health conditions or acute psychosis.
