About this event

Welcome to our bi-weekly women's gathering. Together, we create a safe and nurturing space where women can come home to themselves and connect with one another, free from judgment or expectations.

Each gathering invites us to go a little deeper. Sometimes we explore a specific theme, and sometimes we simply allow whatever wants to emerge in that moment to unfold. There is space for conversation, silence, sharing, laughter, tears, and anything you wish to release. By coming together in openness and vulnerability, we create a supportive environment where every woman is welcome exactly as she is.

Feeling is at the heart of our gatherings. We take the time to listen to what is alive within our bodies, our hearts, and our intuition. To support this process, we use a variety of practices that invite you to experience life not only through the mind, but also through the body. These may include somatic exercises, meditation, breathwork, creativity, movement, poetry, and other inspiring practices.

Every gathering is unique, yet together we create a safe foundation for remembering, feeling, and gradually coming closer to yourself. A place where connection, authenticity, and feminine wisdom can flourish. A place where you are held by the strength of the group while also being given the freedom to be fully yourself.

(We value inclusivity deeply, which is why everyone who identifies as a woman is warmly welcome.)
