Dimmed lighting, a circle of women, somatic practices focused on nourishing our bodies with oxytocin.
The autumn edition of The Embodied Woman invites you to bring in softness, nervous system resourcing and balance. This is a gathering where women’s ceremonial space and trauma-informed somatics meet.
Autumn is known as a time that often feels hard on our bodies with the rain, wind and cold right after the sweetness of summer. It’s also a time that holds much wisdom and beauty. This gathering is your invitation to become resourced this autumn, so you can fully enjoy what this time of year has to offer.
We'll learn more about the female physiology and its connection to autumn— how we can find more balance during this turbulent time through cultivating more oxytocin, the master hormone of the female nervous system. Our embodied autumn ritual will consist of cosy body-based practices specifically designed for women's bodies—these practices will gently guide you towards more balance and peace—they are easy to take home so you can keep practising throughout the colder season. In the end we'll have some free time to reflect and connect more.
My gatherings are community-minded spaces where you have the chance to make real connections with like-minded women—many women keep coming back and already know each other—I'd love for you to become part of our community as well.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
With 5+ years of experience, Titta is a women's work facilitator and ICF-certified somatic coach specialising in the female nervous system. Her gatherings circle around seasonal and cyclical wisdom—guiding women in restoring relationship with their bodies and natural rhythms.
