Creative Business Lab

About this event

Creative Business Lab is a six week live online cohort for creative professionals, freelancers, career changers and early stage entrepreneurs ready to turn an idea, passion or emerging direction into a viable business.
Led by two experienced founders and innovation professionals, the programme combines creative thinking, innovation methodology and hands on business building. Participants move through a structured journey from defining the problem and audience to shaping the value proposition, business model, pricing, growth strategy and pitch.

Sessions are practical and interactive rather than lecture based. Participants use Inodash’s AI powered innovation toolkit throughout the programme to generate and refine ideas, explore customer needs, build personas and customer journeys, test assumptions, develop business models and strengthen their pitch.

The programme draws on real world experience across corporate innovation, transformation, venture building and creative practice. Together, the facilitators bring perspectives from innovation consulting, entrepreneurship and 17 years of international corporate experience across supply chain, e commerce, portfolio and innovation management.

By the end of the six weeks, participants will have developed a business model, pitch deck and 90 day execution roadmap, with tangible work produced throughout the programme.

One to one mentorship sessions with the facilitators are available separately for participants who want additional individual support with their idea, business model or pitch.
