Our Sunday Zouk Afternoon Social is happening again on 1st November! 🍂

Join us for a cozy afternoon full of dancing, socializing and good vibes only 🤍

14:00h - 14:30h
🩰 We start with a little open level workshop led by Kristyna
14:30h - 17:00h
🪩 We continue with 100% brazilian zouk social

🎧 We select music with comfortable BPM so that everyone can enjoy - whether you are a beginner or have been dancing for a while ✨

A little refreshment and fruit water will be ready for you. Feel free to bring your snacks and drinks 🫶🏻

30MIN OPEN LEVEL WORKSHOP - LET'S ARRIVE TOGETHER by Kristyna (Head Teacher of Zouk Leeuwarden and Founder of In Your Own Pace Coaching)
Before we spend 2,5 hours dancing together, let's first arrive together. In our bodies, in our minds, in the space. Through grounding, breath, gentle movement practices we will explore what helps us feel present, connected and ready to dance. Everything is invitational and you are always welcome to follow your own pace.
