Een cirkel stoelen/meditatiekussens en een piano in een woonkamer. 15 gasten arriveren en nemen plaats. We zingen een paar mantra's en doen een 'vier-windrichtingen-meditaie'. Dan lezen we, ieder om de beurt een stukje, een verhaal uit een mystieke traditie, veelal Keltisch of Soefi. De indrukken van deze tekst verklanken we. Kort bespreken we wat de tekst jou biedt, waarin die jou raakt. Afsluitend zingen we nog een paar mantra;s.
