𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 is speels, open, vrij en in het hier en nu. Soms wild, grappig of sensitief, verstillend of diep rakend. Het format is simpel: een mat op de grond, een timer (bijvoorbeeld 5 of 7 minuten) en een aantal basisregels. Je wordt uitgenodigd om in korte rondes non-verbaal, zonder vooropgezet doel, in contact en in interactie met een ander je impulsen te volgen. Je bent welkom op de mat, precies zoals je bent en zoals je je op dat moment voelt. Je mag ontdekken wat het in de verbinding met jezelf en de ander doet. En op ieder moment uitstappen als dat is wat voor jou nodig is. Hiermee wordt een veilige ruimte geboden om te ontspannen en nieuwsgierig te gaan onderzoeken.
