Would you like to live from your inner strength? To feel more energy and balance in your life? Reiki can beautifully support you in doing so. 🙏

During Reiki 1, you will learn how to apply Reiki according to the Usui method and activate your body’s natural self-healing ability. Curious about how you can use your hands to channel healing energy to yourself and others? Then Reiki may be exactly what you’re looking for 💫

During the Reiki 1 course, you will:
- Learn how to give Reiki to yourself
- Become more aware of your body and any blockages that may be present
- Discover how your hands can serve as a channel for healing energy
- Learn to activate your body’s self-healing capacity
- Explore how to relieve physical discomforts
- Learn how to give a basic Reiki treatment to someone else

The Reiki 1 course offers a valuable day full of knowledge, experience, and insight. It combines theory and practice, so you’ll go home with both understanding and practical tools you can immediately apply.

📖 A course manual

📜 An official certificate
👥 Group of up to 4 people

📅 After the course, there will be a follow-up session where we’ll check in on how you’ve been integrating Reiki into your life and answer any questions you may have. We'll plan this session at the end of day 1.
