A unique session that integrates three powerful elements: a heart-opening cacao ceremony, guided hypnosis and an immersive gong bath. With the option to add a microdose for those who consciously choose to explore this layer of the experience. To enhance presence, regulate the nervous system and attune to your highest power.
What makes these elements the perfect combination?
Each element works with a different aspect of the experience.
We open the afternoon with ceremonial cacao, taking the time to slow down, arrive in our bodies and connect with this ancient plant medicine that invites presence and grounding. Ceremonial grade cacao contains compounds such as anandamide, flavanols and theobromine, which have been studied for their potential effects on mood, cognitive function and cardiovascular health. Its heart-opening qualities create a beautiful foundation for the Hypnotic Gongbath that follows.
From this grounded state, we move into guided hypnosis. Hypnosis uses focused attention and deep relaxation to shift your attention away from constant analytical thinking towards your inner experience. While listening to the hypnosis your brain can shift into patterns of activity associated with deeper relaxation including theta activity. This creates a different mental landscape. Your conscious mind becomes quieter while imagination, memories, emotions and internal associations can become more noticeable. Rather than trying to think your way through everything, you get the opportunity to experience what is happening from the perspective of your subconscious mind.
The curated frequencies of the gong help quiet the mental noise so you can sink deeper into the experience. Research into sound based interventions suggests that immersive sound can increase neuroplasticity, which is the fertile soil to embody your ultimate potential.
Together, these elements create a journey that engages more than just your mind. You taste, hear, feel, breathe, imagine and experience. That is what makes this a truly multi sensory experience.
The optional microdose can add another layer for those who consciously choose it. It is not necessary for the experience to be lived fully. The foundation remains the same: cacao, hypnosis, sound and your inner experience.
The beauty of this session is that you don’t have to do anything. You simply get to slow down, turn inward and discover what your mind and body are ready to show you in order to reach your ultimate potential.

HOW TO PREPARE
🔹If you want to add the microdose send us an email.
🔹 Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring extra warm layers for deep relaxation
🔹 Bring a journal or paper & pen for reflections and insights
🔹 Feel free to bring personal items that support your journey (crystals or meaningful objects)
🔹 It’s best to come with an empty stomach:
– Last heavy meal: 3-4 hours before
– Or a light snack (fruit, rice crackers): 2.5 hours before
🔹 Please avoid stimulants (coffee, green tea, etc.) on the day of the ceremony
🔹 Reduce screen time as much as possible
🔹 If you’re taking medication or have any special conditions or allergy, kindly let us know in advance.
