About this event

Most men don't come here because something is wrong. They come because they want more: more honesty with themselves, more depth in their friendships, more clarity on what they actually want. They're done with conversations that stay on the surface.

This is a men's circle in Amsterdam-Oost that meets every two weeks. In a lot of men's circles, the whole evening is the check-in round, everyone shares and that's the format. We use that as the starting point. Here, when a man is ready, he takes the floor and works something through while the rest witness and hold the space.

What to expect: we sit as equals. No hierarchy, no advice unless you ask for it, no fixing. We open with a check-in, one or more men take the floor for deeper work, and we close with appreciation. You bring what you want, whether it's something that's weighing on you, something you're trying to understand, or the question of what's next.

This circle is for you whether life is good and you want more from it, or it's hard and you need support, or anything in between. No experience needed.
All men welcome, regardless of age, background, orientation, or experience.
