🌹What do intense pleasure, meditation, breathwork, psychedelics and trance have in common?
🌹Can sexual experiences reveal unconscious patterns or parts of ourselves?

🌹What prevents us from fully experiencing pleasure?
🌹Can sexual energy and pleasure be cultivated like a skill?
🌹Why can intense pleasure sometimes produce experiences of ego dissolution, unity or timelessness?
