During this weekend you dive into the 5 elements & 3 doshas of Ayurveda, through yoga, lectures, breathwork and nutrition. No prior knowledge is needed, while those who already know more can indulge with the Ayurvedic practitioners hosting the retreat.

The programme offers plenty of room for a relaxed weekend: elements are optional, massages and treatments can be added on, the sauna is available during set time slots, and in the evenings good stories flow freely by the campfire.
Through lectures and supporting materials you discover your own preferences for a healthier lifestyle, complemented by practical recipes and home remedies to bring lasting balance to your health. Compact by design — from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon so there's no need to take a day off, and accessibly priced.
