About this event

What parts of yourself do you keep in the shadows?

The desires you don't quite voice. The impulses you usually contain. The version of you that wants to be bolder, softer, wilder, more playful — or simply more alive.

Shadow Playground is an invitation to give those parts of yourself somewhere to play.

Through embodied exercises, connection and play, we'll explore desire, attraction, polarity and authentic expression.

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want. Part of the playground is discovering it.

A desire doesn't have to be acted upon to be explored. It can be spoken, witnessed, embodied, declined, transformed — or simply enjoyed as desire.

Come curious. Come playful. Bring as much of yourself as you're ready to reveal.

Everything happens within a framework of consent, personal boundaries and individual choice. You are always free to participate, adapt an invitation or simply observe.

To support a balanced group, tickets for men and women are currently released separately.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Shadow Playground is facilitated by Guy Anderson, a Stockholm-based facilitator working with tantra, embodiment, polarity, conscious play and men's work. He facilitates workshops at tantra festivals and communities across Europe, including Sadhaka Tantra Festival in France and co-hosts Tantric Wednesdays in Stockholm.

PRACTICAL INFO
Shadow Playground is a clothes-on event. There may be opportunities for touch and sensual exploration, but nudity is not part of the workshop.

Cancellation policy: Plans change. Cancel at least three weeks before the event and we'll refund your ticket price, minus Hipsy's booking and transaction fees. Cancellations made less than three weeks before the event are non-refundable.
