"Coming Back Home" is an intimate therapeutic retreat for those seeking healing, self-discovery, and a deeper connection with themselves. With a maximum of six participants, the retreat offers a safe and supportive space to step away from daily life and explore your inner world with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and embodiment practices, the retreat combines thoughtful preparation, a guided experience, and integration support. Set in the peaceful Dutch countryside, it is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and return home to what matters most.

Your retreat participation includes:

• 3-day / 2-night accommodation in a beautiful retreat venue in the Netherlands
• Therapeutic preparation before the retreat
• A guided psil@cyb!n experience in a safe and supportive setting
• Internal Family Systems (IFS) facilitation
• Mindfulness and embodiment practices
• Group & individual integration sessions
• Nourishing vegetarian meals and snacks
• Small group experience (maximum 6 participants)
