Inner Motion - Een reis van hoofd naar hart, onze speciale editie met ceremoniële cacao. 🤎

Deze speciale editie nodigt je uit om te vertragen, te verzachten en je aandacht op een zachte manier naar binnen te richten.

We beginnen met ceremoniële cacao, die van oudsher wordt ervaren als een hartopenend plantmedicijn. Cacao biedt een mooi moment om te pauzeren, naar binnen te keren en meer aanwezig te zijn. Een zachte opening om te ontdekken wat er in ons leeft.

Van daaruit bewegen we door adem, beweging, verstilling en vrije expressie. Een reis van het hoofd terug naar het lichaam, en van het lichaam richting het hart.

Je hoeft niets te bereiken of voor te bereiden. Er is geen goede of foute manier om te bewegen en je hebt geen danservaring nodig. Kom gewoon zoals je bent en geef jezelf de ruimte om te vertragen, te voelen en te luisteren.

Inner Motion - A Journey from Head to Heart, our special edition with ceremonial cacao. 🤎

This special edition invites us to slow down, soften, and gently turn our attention inward.

We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, traditionally experienced as a heart-opening plant medicine. Cacao offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, connect inward, and become more present, creating a gentle opening to explore what lives within us.

From there, we’ll move through breath, movement, stillness, and free expression. A journey from the head back into the body, and from the body towards the heart.

There is nothing you need to achieve or prepare. There is no right or wrong way to move, and no dance experience is needed. Simply come as you are, and allow yourself to slow down, feel, and listen.
