Take the time to slow down, turn inward, and experience yoga as a complete practice.

This immersive 2-hour session brings together the essential elements of yoga in one integrated experience: Pranayama, Asana, Meditation, and Chanting. Rather than focusing solely on the physical practice, we’ll explore how breath, movement, stillness, and sound can work together to create a deeper sense of balance and connection.

We’ll begin by cultivating awareness through Pranayama (breathwork), move into a thoughtfully sequenced Asana practice to awaken and strengthen the body, and gradually transition toward Meditation and/or Chanting, creating space for stillness, focus, and inner awareness.

Designed as a journey from movement to stillness, this practice invites you to experience yoga beyond the mat — as a holistic practice for body, breath, and mind.
