Stemexpressie avond in een dome

Wat gaan we doen?
Tijdens deze speciale stemexpressie avond in en rond een prachtige dome kun je weer contact maken met je innerlijke kracht en speelsheid door middel van je stem. We gaan aan de gang met gevoelsexpressie, assertiviteit en zelfvertrouwen. Dit doen we door middel van oefeningen met stem en beweging, ervaringen delen in de groep en speelse improvisaties. De dome, waar de avond plaatsvindt, is daarvoor een sfeervolle plek met een akoestiek die onze stemmen extra dimensie geeft.

Wat is stemexpressie?
Stemexpressie is een speelse, lichaamsgerichte vorm van werken met klank en resonantie via je stem. Je hoeft hiervoor niet mooi te kunnen zingen. Via je stem maak je contact met wat er in jou leeft. Je geeft ruimte aan ongemak, gevoelens, verlangens en levenslust.

Stemexpressie helpt om:
- contact te maken met je lichaam
- je gevoelens te ervaren en te uiten
- je bewust te worden van je levenskracht en creativiteit

Over mij
Mijn naam is Wouter Mol. Ik ben muziektherapeut en heb ruime ervaring in het begeleiden van mensen met o.a. chronische stress, concentratieproblemen, hersenletsel en verslavingsproblematiek. Tijdens individuele -en groepssessies ben ik steeds meer stemexpressie, speels en gevoelig, gaan toepassen. Het toelaten van wat zich daar aandient, bijv. spanning, blijkt elke keer weer bevrijdend voor zowel de deelnemers als voor mij. Ik creëer graag een veilige en open sfeer, waarin jij jezelf kunt zijn en ruimte hebt om stemexpressie te ontdekken. Ik kijk ernaar uit je te verwelkomen!

Tijd: zaterdag 15 mei van 19:00 – 22:00
Locatie: een dome in de natuur van Delftse Hout
Aantal deelnemers: tussen de 7 en 12 deelnemers
Kosten: €25,- per persoon, inclusief thee, koffie en vegan hapjes

During this special vocal expression evening in and around a beautiful dome, you'll reconnect with your inner strength and playfulness through your voice. We’ll explore emotional expression, assertiveness, and self-confidence. You’ll engage in voice and movement exercises, share experiences in the group, and play with improvisation. The dome where the day takes place offers a beautiful and atmospheric space, with acoustics that give our voices an extra dimension.

What is vocal expression?
Vocal expression is a playful, body-oriented approach to working with sound and resonance through your voice. You don’t need to be able to sing beautifully. Through your voice, you connect with what’s alive inside you. You give space to discomfort, emotions, desires, and your zest for life.
Vocal expression helps you to:
- connect with your body
- feel and express your emotions
- become more aware of your life energy and creativity

About me
My name is Wouter Mol. I am a music therapist with extensive experience in supporting people dealing with, among other things, chronic stress, concentration difficulties, brain damage, and addiction. During both individual and group sessions, I have increasingly incorporated vocal expression into my work, in a playful and sensitive way. Allowing space for whatever arises in the moment, such as tension, has repeatedly proven to be a liberating experience, both for the participants and for me. I enjoy creating a safe and open atmosphere where you can be yourself and explore the power of your voice. I look forward to welcoming you!
