Paint & heal Sensual self

About this event

Paint & heal Sensual Self x cacao

Join me for a gentle Paint & Heal, where we'll explore what it means to reconnect with and embody our sensual selves through reflection, creativity, and community.

When we hear the word *sensuality*, we often think of something external. But for this workshop, we'll approach it differently. Sensuality is about feeling present in your body, connecting with your senses, moving through life with intention, and discovering what makes you feel most alive.

Together, we'll slow down through guided journaling, oracle cards, and open sharing as we reflect on our relationship with ourselves. What makes you feel connected? What helps you soften? How can you invite more presence, pleasure, and self-expression into your everyday life?

These reflections will then be translated into an intuitive painting. There is no right or wrong way to create, this workshop is about expression rather than perfection.
