Roots of identity - Family Constellations and Memory

Welcome to the ancestral memories circle.
These circles have been running in Rotterdam for over two years, always emphasizing that the memories we carry from our ancestors live in our unconscious, and our unconscious determines many of our choices. We simply aren't aware of it.
The ancestral memories circle is based on the family constellation technique. We don't necessarily open up constellations, but we work with systemic and spiritual exercises aimed at anchoring energies we still carry, and that we can release on behalf of our beloved ancestors.
We should remember that the subconscious is built on repetition, and memory is a repetition passed down from generation to generation, the way we behave, the choices we make, the kinds of relationships we have or don't have. All of this already creates, is already shaping, certain choices in our conscious mind.
When we're in a memories circle based on constellations, we can carry out systemic movements, constellation movements, that open up space for us to see things differently.
So I invite you to this circle. It happens mostly in Portuguese, but there's also space for English speakers, and so we'll make it a bilingual circle. You are very welcome.

A break for lunchtime will happen around 13h in the vegetarian restaurant - not included in the ticket price.
