About this event

🌿 Yin - Root to Restore (13-09-26)
A meditative Yin session focused on poses that help release tension in the connective tissues of the hips and back. Set in the peaceful surroundings of a beautiful yurt in nature, this slow-paced and introspective practice offers a pause from daily life, inviting physical, mental, and emotional restoration. You'll leave feeling grounded, steady, and deeply connected to yourself, ready to welcome the changing season.

This session is part of the Journey Through the Seasons
As nature gradually turns inward, you're invited to do the same. This three-part series follows the rhythm of the seasons: first a grounding Yin session to release and restore, then building strong foundations through a mindful Hatha practice, before closing the year with deep rest and reflection during the Yin winter solstice.
