In the 7 sessions of this Movement Lab Trajectory you explore different approaches to moving and making contact with your body. Playing with fundamental movement principles like weight, space, timing/music, articulation and moving with the support of the floor
You discover how you can move in new and exciting ways.

All sessions are infused with classic Explore elements that help you ground and release tension, like shaking and self-massage. Like this, your moving can come from a place of playfulness and curiosity.

To make sure we get the chance to deepen our understanding and expand our movement vocabulary together, all the sessions build onto each. It is, therefore, only possible to join the trajectory as a whole.
