Date Night with Yourself – Breath · Beat · Bliss

Do you feel the need to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself?
This intimate evening is your invitation to step out of the noise of everyday life and come back home to your body, your breath, and your inner world.

I’m inviting you to a Date Night with Yourself — a space to pause, release, and realign.

Together we’ll journey through Breath · Beat · Bliss:
🌬️ Breath – a transformative nervous system reset through guided breathwork
💓 Beat – get lost in the rhythm of music and gentle movement
🌙 Bliss – reflection and connection with yourself through a letter written to yourself


Rooted in my work as a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator, this experience is designed to regulate your nervous system and guide you into deep relaxation and insight — even if meditation usually feels difficult for you.
Think of it as a small vacation for your soul.
