🌕✨ Full Moon Ceremony: Guided Meditation & Sound Bath ✨🌕

We warmly invite you to our Full Moon Ceremony with cacao, guided meditation & sound bath - a guided journey designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Never tried a full moon ceremony before? Or are you new to meditation? You are very welcome! Our ceremonies are rooted in science, with a little bit of spiritual magic! We love to introduce newcomers to the scene, as well as those who have done a lot of inner work.

Full moons are a powerful time to release what no longer serves us and to make space for what we wish to welcome into our lives.

According to the planets alignment, each full moon has a special energy and theme which guides our ceremony. Every session is therefore unique as we create space for what is present to unfold.

🌝What to expect:
Hosted by Sofia & Lieneke, we will gather in the cosy upstairs space at State of Mind in the heart of Utrecht. We begin with a short introduction to the energy and theme of the full moon.

Next we will enjoy a hot cacao served by State of Mind. Cacao can be a beautiful tool to open your heart space, supporting you in receiving personal insights during the session.

You will be guided with a gentle grounding exercise, to help you drop into your body and connect to the present moment. We will use our senses to connect with the cacao and set an intention for the session.

This will be followed by a guided meditation by Sofia, informed by neuro-linguistic and hypnotic practices, where we will follow our imaginations on an inward journey and allow insights to arise.

During the session, you will have the chance to journal your thoughts and set intentions. You’ll also have the opportunity to pull an oracle card, offering personal insight and guidance.

We bring balance to the session with a sharing circle, where you can share or listen to each other's experiences from the meditation. In this way, we hold space for each other, find strength in community and learn from one another.

We will close the ceremony with a 15-minute handpan sound journey from Lieneke, letting the soothing vibrations wash over you, helping you relax and integrate your insights.


✨ Who are we & why are we doing this?
Our full moon ceremonies were born from a need to pause, reflect and turn inward. This space was first created by 2 friends, Sofia G and Sofia O (founder of Passiflora Cave) who love to meditate, explore spiritual practices, and create meaningful experiences for others. While Sofia O is away deepening her skills and practice, we welcome Lieneke to the space, who brings a lot of enthusiasm, sensitivity and space holding experience.

Sofia G loves creating meaningful and enriching experiences for people. She has over three years of experience organising events and recently qualified in neuro-linguistic programming, including hypnosis techniques that can be used in guided meditation.

Lieneke creates deeply held, heart-opening experiences as a musician, breathwork and Shake the Dust facilitator. She has shared her handpan music and workshops all over the world, from retreats to festivals and ecstatic dance. In Utrecht she hosts breath & sound journeys at her cozy home.
