This special New Moon Cacao Ceremony with Reiki is a gentle ritual of grounding, intention setting, reflection, and inner renewal.

The New Moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle: a moment to slow down, listen inward, and consciously choose what you are ready to call into your life. This New Moon takes place in the sign of Gemini, ruled by Mercury, carrying the energy of communication, mental clarity, curiosity, self-expression, and new perspectives. Gemini invites us to reconnect with our voice, explore what has been left unspoken, and become more aware of the stories, beliefs, and inner dialogues shaping our reality.

This lunation encourages movement within the mind and spirit. It is a powerful time to reflect on how we communicate with ourselves and others, where we may feel mentally scattered or emotionally disconnected, and what intentions we wish to plant for greater alignment, authenticity, and emotional clarity.

Gemini reminds us that healing also happens through awareness, conversation, expression, and allowing ourselves to see life from a different perspective.

We begin with consciously prepared ceremonial cacao, shared with intention. Traditionally used in sacred settings, ceremonial cacao supports heart opening, emotional receptivity, and grounding. Its warmth helps quiet the mind and prepare the body for deeper inner work.

From this centered space, you are guided into a deep meditation while collective, hands-off Reiki is offered to the group. The energy moves naturally, without force, supporting nervous system regulation and emotional integration. A sound bowl and other instruments are softly incorporated to deepen relaxation and encourage parasympathetic rest.

This trauma-informed ceremony is guided by a Reiki Master & Teacher with a Master’s degree in Psychology, ensuring a safe, grounded, and respectful space.

Together we will move through a ceremonial flow including:

- New Moon Gemini intention setting focused on clarity, communication, self-expression, and new beginnings
- Collective Reiki energy healing for integration and nervous system regulation
