Bij Happy Soul Travel geloven we dat eens in de zoveel tijd je lichaam een detox geven enorm veel voordelen heeft voor de gezondheid. Ben je toe aan een lichamelijke en geestelijke grote schoonmaak, dan is dit echt wat voor jou. In onze monumentale boerderijen aan de hei met eigen sauna en yogazaal word je een weekend lang in de watten gelegd door ons team van voedingsdeskundige en yogadocente die jou ondersteunen in het proces. Bij ons geen streng detox weekend waarin het alleen draait om gewichtsverlies en citroenwater, maar vooral een weekendje weg waar je ongelofelijk veel inspiratie gaat opdoen en de voordelen van detoxen gaat ontdekken door een gezonde levensstijl, fysiek en mentaal. Waarin je je bewust wordt van patronen en gaat voelen welke je echt wilt doorbreken!
