In these challenging times, many of you have come seeking advice and support. Our energy is precious, and it’s important to learn how to use it without wearing ourselves out.

We invite you to harness the energy of this new moon and join us on Monday, 21 April, from 19:00 to 22:00, in the heart of Amsterdam.

Together, we will explore tools to protect our energetic field:
- How to give without emptying ourselves.
- Practical exercises from everyday disciplines.
- Recognising the impact of energy in our work and family life.
- Ways to avoid total exhaustion.

Spaces are limited. The location will be shared when you register.
