Singing Circle 'Voice Flow'

About this event

Voice Flow is a Singing Circle, organized by Tamar Spierenburg.

*Kijk voor Nederlands onderaan!*

Be very welcome to join this voice experience. Together we will feel the vibrations of our voices. Feel free to participate in a way that suits you in the moment. You can use your voice, listen, move, laugh, cry, be.

Curiosity, openness, receiving, creativity, improvising, playing, loving.

We will check in and open the circle. Then we’ll do a short meditation and go into breath work. After that we will go into a voice flow in which we can experience the power of our voices. In the end, we come back to the breathing, check out and close the circle.

During the Voice Flow, every sound that wants to come out, can come out. It is a free voice experience. If you feel like humming, hum. If your animal sounds wants to come out, let them out. Everything can exist. From silence to harmonic singing, to screaming, to laughter. All is welcome.

Nieuwsgierigheid, openheid, ontvangen, creativiteit, improviseren, spelen, liefhebben.
