I created this class for anyone looking to find a space which fits their ever-evolving needs - a community space where you can practise in your own way, while also receiving personalised attention from the teacher. A space where you can challenge yourself, or instead opt for a gentler class with lots of rest. Whether you're breezing through existence or going "through it" right now, all of you is welcome!

I love teaching all of my classes, but I find this class extra special because there is a strong sense of community & freedom to explore different styles of yoga, tailored to the needs of the students. We explore yoga holistically, so expect a mix movement, breathwork, meditation & sound. We have a cup of tea & a chat after class which you are welcome to join for!

𖤓 About Me
I’m a full-time yoga teacher based in The Hague with over 1,000 classes taught. I trained in Rishikesh, North India, in a 500-hour traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training during a burn-out. I integrate elements of the Alexander Technique, somatics, and teach a variety of styles, such as vinyasa, hatha, restorative & yin(-yang)

Yoga transformed my life — helping me to step out of fight-or-flight, reconnect with my purpose, and gain tools to navigate the messy world around us. Teaching is my happy and safe place - I love holding space for others to come home to themselves. Each class is a supportive, grounding hour that helps you enter a parasympathetic state, recharge, and return to your life ready to pursue your dreams.
