A carefully curated group experience in southern Europe dedicated to embodied movement, breath, voice, and connection.

11/11 – Arrival
12–14/11 – Three full days of guided practice
15/11 – Departure

We move gradually from solo awareness into duet and group exploration — with space to feel, integrate, and deepen.

What we explore

• Creative movement as embodied expression
• Breath practices for regulation and vitality
• Voice as a tool for presence and awareness
• Improvisation in connection with others
• A personal closing ritual through movement

The retreat takes place at Armonia Retreat Center in the village of Douliana on the island of Crete, Greece.

Shared accommodation and nourishing vegetarian/vegan meals are included.

Small group. Guided practice.
No prior dance experience required.
