Sharon : The owner and heart of Studio 108. Her classes are a combination of flow (movement in connection with breath), technical alignment, philosophy,respect and attention to the tradition of the practice. She is currently deepening her practice and teaching in Iyengar Yoga .

Aysegul : Founder of Soul Revive. Your host and organizer in this retreat. Aysegul blends coaching and wellness to support your path of self-discovery and to a more balanced life.

Gemma : Hatha Yoga Teacher. A vital support pillar in this retreat. Gemma is there to offer a friendly chat or deep, meaningful connection throughout your stay.


🗓️ A Glimpse into Your Journey (18–23 Sept 2026)

Each day is a balance of movement and rest:

Mornings: Sunrise meditation, pranayama, and an energizing flow class followed by an abundant breakfast.

Afternoons: Free time for the spring-water pool, nature walks, or specialized workshops.

Evenings: Healthy communal dinner followed by Deep Relax Yoga Nidra or Yin Yoga under the stars.

Special Highlight: A guided silent hike with breakfast packages and a closing beach visit to El Medano.
