Connect with your inner rhythm and evolve with the seasons. We will attune ourselves to the rhythm of the moon and may be allowed to remember her profound wisdom in the bones of our being. By embracing the lost wisdom of our ancestors and the cyclical power of nature, we reclaim our healing power as women. The process initiates at a subtle level to remember and voicing the wild woman within you.

This is for you if:
• you are looking for a place where you will be able to share in safety
• you want to come home to your body
• you want to learn to follow the cycle of the seasons
• you want to honour your inner flow again
• you want to live from a place of genuine authenticity
• you want to attune yourself to the lunar cycle

Starting in January 2026 but you can step in anytime, I will be facilitating a monthly cermony in Amsterdam West for and supported by a wonderful group of women. To celebrate life as a woman, to share, to remember, to dance, to contemplate and to practise the art of vulnarability. Reclaim your femininity, the world needs you! Tapping into the lunar cycle we open ourselves up and learn how to work with her. Every month a diffferent theme so within a year you can integrate her into your daily live.

What you get:
• 1, 3, 6 or 12 meetings – group size maximum 10 women (including tea and healthy snacks)
• Ceremony, sharings, movements, bodywork and contemplation (every lunar a new theme)
