Welcome to SHINE – Ecstatic Dance Holiday!!
A meeting point for people from different parts of the world, passionate about music and dance, coming together in one shared program — on one dance floor, as one moving field, guided by our shared love for music and movement.

And… we return to the Gayatri Mandir!

An idyllic open-air dance space, nestled in an olive tree forest, with open views to the sea and the sunset.
A place many of us already carry in our bodies and memories.
One that feels held by the land, the trees and the open horizon, naturally inviting presence, connection and deep dancing.

Although we care deeply about the depth of the dances and the quality of the container we create, this is not a retreat. It is a holiday — spacious, embodied and human.

A human-scale and very comfortable experience, where everything is within walking distance: the dance space, the village, the beach, the sea, cafés and sunsets.
Time to dance, to rest, to swim, to meet, to digest, to enjoy.

During these days, we host a carefully curated line-up of highly experienced Ecstatic Dance DJs, each with a long trajectory and a refined sensitivity for guiding extended musical journeys.
Different musical voices, one shared intention: to open a space where the body can listen, express and move freely, and where the heart and the soul can shine.

We open this space as a living container.
A place where you can dance alone or with others, explore your edges, soften your listening, and allow the dance to unfold day after day — without pressure, without performance, without expectation.

We may call it a festival, yet we keep the scale intimate enough to preserve closeness, continuity and a shared rhythm.
One program.
One dance floor.
One temporary community, woven together under the sun, the moon and the stars.

SHINE is not about polishing the dance floor, adding glitter, or chasing a constant state of light.

It is about embracing the wholeness of our human experience and giving it expression through movement.
When what we are is allowed to move, breathe and be danced, something in us naturally shines.

The remaining amount after buying this ticket should be paid in cash at the door (185€).
Food and accomodation are not included.

Who we are

SHINE – Ecstatic Dance Holiday is co-created by Arunji and Kareem Raihani, two experienced facilitators and DJs who have been shaping and holding Ecstatic Dance spaces internationally for many years.

Both bring a long trajectory in creating dance floors and festivals, with a shared commitment to music as a living language, the dance floor as a conscious container, and community as an evolving field of presence and connection.

The production of SHINE is supported by Onca, who is taking her first steps in the Ecstatic Dance scene.
She brings a fresh perspective, grounded presence and a genuine passion for the dance, sharing the vision and values that shape this project.

This collaboration is grounded in experience, clarity and mutual respect, shaped by time, challenges and shared intention.

SHINE is born from this place:
where depth and enjoyment coexist,
where experience matters more than spectacle,
and where music and movement are honoured as a way of meeting life.
