🌸 Bloom Within: Breathwork & South American Cacao Journey🍫✨

About this event

This May, give yourself the gift of renewal, expansion, and heart-centered connection — with yourself and a conscious community.

Join us for a deeply restorative circular breathwork journey, supported by the heart-opening qualities of South American cacao to boost vitality, clarity, and joy.

🌟 What You’ll Experience:

✅ Guided circular breathwork session with a breathwork facilitator, a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and Reiki practitioner
✅ Unique techniques to reduce stress, enhance focus, and recharge your energy
✅ Sacred cacao ritual to open the heart, improve circulation, and deepen your breath
✅ Ecstatic dance warm-up to awaken your body and activate your energy
✅ A safe, intimate group setting (max. 12 people) for personal growth and authentic connection

🌬️ Why Circular Breathwork?

Circular breathing creates powerful shifts in body and mind.
First, we activate the sympathetic nervous system — energizing the body and awakening vitality.
Then, we shift into the parasympathetic nervous system — allowing the body to relax, restore, and deeply recharge.

This contrast creates balance, clarity, and space to bloom from within.
