To celebrate the release of my new single Waterfall, coming out in January 2026, I invite you to a Sunday afternoon of yoga, reflection and music, inspired by the element of water.

Water teaches us how to move through life: to soften rather than force, to trust the current, and to find strength in gentleness.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and to reconnect with yourself, through yoga, journalling, sound, and live acoustic music.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲

𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐲𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰
A gentle, fluid flow, moving with the breath, cultivating softness, and finding ease in motion.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚
Deep rest supported by props, allowing the body to fully relax. A calming practice that encourages rest, balance, and renewal.

𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠
Gentle prompts to explore where life is asking you to soften, trust, and flow. Writing as a way to connect more deeply with yourself.

𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜
I’ll share Waterfall and other (original) songs live, with soft guitar and vocals, creating a cosy winter atmosphere and an intimate listening experience.

𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠
Experience the soothing tones of chimes and singing bowls, guiding you into a deeper state of rest and presence.

This space is for anyone who feels the pull to slow down and reconnect with themselves. No prior yoga or journalling experience needed.

15:30–16:00 dreamy yoga flow
16:00–16:40 restorative yoga & sound healing

Bring your favourite journal, or use the paper and pens provided. Wear something comfortable to move in. If there’s anything you’d like me to know beforehand, you’re very welcome to share.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐉𝐨ë𝐭𝐭𝐚
I’m Joëtta, a songwriter, musician, and yoga teacher. Music and yoga are at the heart of what I do, and I love weaving them together to create moments of stillness, presence, and connection. I teach weekly Yoga & Sound classes at Bluebirds and Yoga Circle in Amsterdam. In January 2026, my song Waterfall, the third single from my upcoming EP, will be released.
