New Year XXL Sound Healing (90 minutes)

About this event

To start the new year on a peaceful, serene and calm note, this is your invitation to gather for an intimate (8 persons max) but XXL Sound Healing class (90 minutes long).

You can expect the session to start with a short guided meditation, followed by a sound bath during which Camille, your guide, will be using the magical vibrations and sounds of singing bowls, along with the support of other (ancient) instruments.

The main benefits of these sessions are to reach the 4 Rs: Relax, Release, Reset, and Recharge.

Although everyone experiences them differently, this self care moment should help you attain a very deep relaxed state, reduce stress and anxiety, let go of and drop the mental heavy weight, bring stillness into the mind and more emotional clarity, improve your sleep, rebalance your body cells, remove physical tensions and toxins, and/or potentially unlock your creativity and a deeper state of consciousness.
