Glimmer is a women’s circle rooted in shadow work. Through guided meditation, intimate sharing and gentle movement, we will focus on finding little moments of light; glimmers, to keep ourselves light, grounded and joyful as we navigate the darker days of the year.

Personally, I've struggled with darkness a lot in my life. I was always afraid of it; never knowing how to find peace in it. As I've grown older, I've done work to come to grips with darkness. To find peace and release in it. I've learned that the darkness makes light shine even brighter and that there is comfort in embracing it.

Confronting your darkness and embracing it, unlocks more of yourself and your potential. You will be able to use this new energy to your benefit in your creative process.

The circle will consist of these parts:
- Guided meditation to connect with ourselves
- Intro the theme
- Sharing in pairs
- Gentle movement to release
- Closing thoughts
