About this event
A full weekend to slow down and sink into deep connection with your kinky self.
The world of kink may at times feel like a world of Harder and Faster. And while there is fun to be had in going Fast and Hard, there is a whole lot more to be explored in slowing down and paying attention to what really makes us feel good.
If we slow down enough, we might just notice what will take us even deeper into our kinky explorations.
Combining kinky activities such as impact play, bondage and role play with conscious breath, ritual and embodiment, this weekend might just show you some surprising sides of yourself :)
This workshop will be solidly grounded in the Wheel of Consent. By taking time to zoom in on sensations, emotions, desires and boundaries as they come up in exercises, you will gain a deeper understanding of what you want and how to ask for it.
Don't want to go all the way home on Saturday? You can stay in the space overnight :)
❧ What Will We Explore in this Workshop?
❤️ Connecting with your inner, embodied sense of what you want and don’t want in a kink scene - how it feels to be a Yes, No, or Maybe
🧡 Different ways of expressing your desires, limits, and boundaries
💛 Popular kink themes such as impact play, bondage and role play
💚 Crafting mini scenes based on what you and your partner(s) most desire
💙 Making adjustments to you scene without breaking 'the flow'
❧ Who is this for?
❤️ People of all genders and sexualities. This space is created with queer people in mind, which means we invite everyone to notice and let go of any assumptions about gender(roles) and such. It also means we do not gender-match practice buddies. If you are straight, you are more than welcome to join though. See FAQ's for more :)
🧡 All levels of kink experience: we invite anyone to come with a beginner’s mind: what can you learn about yourself and where can you become more skillful?
💛 You can come to the workshop with your play partner(s) or as an individual
❧ About Sinsia
Sinsia is a somatic sex coach who supports (mostly) queer people in creating the sex life of their choice. They specialise in shifting the focus from analysing to feeling, helping clients to integrate mind and body.
In other words: more doing than talking.
She is a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, which means they are trained to be body oriented, trauma informed and client led. They are currently in the last phase of becoming a fully certified Wheel of Consent facilitator.
Sinsia worked as an escort for over six years before starting her coaching practice, an experience that informs and enriches their current work. She identifies as a queer, polyamorous, and kinky gender explorer and uses they and she pronouns (as demonstrated in this text 🙂.

❧ FAQ's
❤️ I think I am not queer (enough), am I welcome?
Yes. This is a space to explore and discover new things about yourself. So if you are willing to get curious about yourself, your patterns and your likes and dislikes you are welcome. It does not matter who you are attracted to, what pronouns you use or whether or not you are out of any closet.
What this space is NOT is a place to get all your questions answered about queerness in general. There are great videos on youtube for that.
If you are not sure, get in touch to discuss :)
❤️ Do I have to bring a partner?
You are welcome to come alone or with a partner. If you're joining individually, your focus will be on your personal growth and learning. If you're joining with a partner(s) the focus will likely be more on the relationship dynamic. If you with a partner(s) you are welcome to work together the whole time, or switch it up.
🧡 What if I don't want to do a certain exercise?
I am very explicit in offering different ways in which you can join in each exercise. Those options always include sitting to the side and witnessing, journalling or having a rest. You decide what feels good to you in each moment, and we make space for you to make that decision.
💛 Is it going to be very intense?
Doing new things is always intense. I have found that slowing down is a key ingredient in being able to feel and ask for what we want. So while the exercises might bring up emotions or breakthroughs, I make sure you go slow and take small steps. There will be breaks roughly every 90 minutes. There will also be a non-engagement zone, where you can go and sit if you want to be left alone for a bit.
💚 How accessible is the space?
The front entrance has a threshold and there is a big step coming into the workshop space. The side entrance is a little better, as there is just a small threshold and no steps into the space. There is a spacious toilet with a wall grip.
We will provide cushions, mats and chairs for sitting.
Please get in touch if you need more information or have concerns.
💙 I can't afford a ticket, can I get a discount?
There are discounted places available for those on low income. You can just choose that option when buying your ticket. We don't need you to explain or proof anything. If you are not sure if the discount is meant for you, send me a message :)
Still can't afford to come? Get in touch to talk options.
