Donderdagavond 2 april 2026 geef ik weer een ademcirkel met de verbonden ademhaling. De verbonden ademhaling is een diepgaande ademhaling die doorwerkt op het niveau van gedrag en de ziel. Als begeleider nodig ik je via kleine fysieke interventies uit om blokkades te doorbreken.
