Primal Play – A Gateway to Your Wild Essence
Do you long to step outside of patterns, roles and expectations – and discover a new, playful way of meeting yourself and others?

Primal Play is a moving, wordless meditation and a relational playground. Together we open a brave and sacred space where freedom, connection and transformation arise naturally.
Here, the body leads. Stories and masks fall away. What remains is your raw essence – playful, untamed and deeply alive.

This is not always easy or comfortable. It’s a brave space: held with care, yet inviting you to meet your edges and discover new ways of being with yourself and with others.

Key Elements
Primal Play is a non-verbal dialogue of Breath, Sound, Movement and Touch.
In our space, this dialogue unfolds through:

- Embodiment & free movement
- Playful encounters & playfight
- Authentic relating beyond words
- Gentle touch & conscious cuddling
- Stillness, meditation & awareness
- Exploring the nervous system through play:
- Legs to create distance & safety (flight)
- Arms to set boundaries & trust (fight)

Everything is an invitation. You choose how far you want to explore.

Difficulty Level
🟠 Challenging but playful (Intermediate)
This workshop is open to all levels. You don’t need experience – only curiosity and willingness to explore. Some exercises may take you beyond your comfort zone, but always in a supportive, joyful and co-created atmosphere.


Practical Details
What to wear? Comfortable clothes you can move in. While playful and sometimes sensual energies may arise, clothes stay on.
Who is this for? Everyone is welcome: singles, couples, people in open/poly relationships, beginners and advanced body explorers.

Consent. All practices are invitations, never obligations. Your comfort, boundaries and consent are central.

This is a non-sexual, clothes-on event. Nudity and sexual interaction are not part of the container.


About the Facilitators
The event will be guided by Veronique and Robert, a real couple, who have a big amount of experience on the related topic and spirituality. Their personal life was a laboratory relating, handling disconnection, consiousness, personal leadership and intimacy for more than 20 years. This combined with trainings and education, makes the knowledge embodied wisdom and makes them perfect hosts for an evening of exploration on these topics. As they are relating with each other in long distance, their relationship needs even more tools to foster closeness and connection, revealing essentials of relating with one another.
