Slow down, tune in, and connect, with yourself or with someone you love.

In this relaxing and playful workshop, you’ll learn partner stretches and Thai massage techniques that melt away tension and bring you closer together. Think gentle movement, deep breaths, and that wonderful “ahhh” feeling as your body lets go.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected. This is fun and healing for both the body and mind.
