About this event

Autumn Rest – Your Cozy Yin Reset
90 mins Yin Yoga, meditation & warming ayurvedic nourishment

***

Join us for a special Sunday evening to pause and fully relax into autumn’s coziness and slow rhythm.

Together we will arrive with a calm meditation and some slow breathing in my warm Shala, unwinding further with an extended Yin Yoga session and a long nurturing Savasana with soothing touch.

After our practice, we will share some warming Ayurvedic nourishment together. A comforting golden spiced latte (with curcuma, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon, black pepper and honey – known for its warming and anti-viral qualities) and a healthy, sweet autumn treat are waiting for you.

Leave feeling deeply restored and centered for your week ahead.
