✨ During this unique session, you may have various experiences such as physical, emotional, visual, out-of-body experiences, or states of bliss. Inner child, ancestral lines, and past life experiences are also often mentioned after sessions. There’s a profound rewiring of the central nervous system with continued exposure.
🧘🏿♀️ You lie down with your eyes closed on a yoga mat while music is played. To allow the energy to flow and be felt, all you need to do is relax your body and mind. No breathwork or poses are necessary. Try to surrender to the process without expectations.
We all know how to work hard and rush through life, but can we slow down? Allow yourself multiple experiences and surrender to the safety of your own body.
