A Journey into Voice, Body & Self-Healing
Explore the power of your voice, body, movement, sound, and visualization as gateways to self-healing. These lessons are filled with playful games and exercises designed to loosen you up and gently uncover what holds you back.

Each session is a new adventure, an invitation to step into boldness, vulnerability, and everything in between. It’s about coming closer to yourself in surprising and meaningful ways.

At the heart of this journey is a powerful principle: true healing begins not with the pain, but with the vision of how you want your life and health to be. By learning to truly listen to our bodies, we begin to understand what we need. But how do we listen? That’s exactly what you’ll explore here, practical, embodied tools you can carry with you long after each class.

Sometimes we’ll use simple instruments. Sometimes, just our voices and bodies. Always, we’ll be playing, discovering, and opening up.

This class pairs beautifully with the Aerial Soundhealing session on Fridays at 19:15, a time to relax, integrate, and deepen your experience.

Esther Simao is educated in regression, somatics, systemic work and paleolithic shamanism.
