About this event
𝗔 𝗡 𝗬 𝗧 𝗛 𝗜 𝗡 𝗚 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 🌹
To celebrate the release of my new single Anything on Friday 7 November, I’d love to invite you to an evening of reflection, rest, music, and connection.
There’s a beauty in allowing yourself to feel it all, the chaos and calm, sadness and joy, love and uncertainty, all intertwined. When we stop resisting and allow what’s here to be felt, something shifts.
This evening is about creating space for that, through yin yoga, restorative yoga, meditation, guided journalling, and live music. A chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what feels most true.
𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼
- reconnect with yourself: slow down, notice how you feel, and listen to what you need.
- release & restore: soften the body and unwind.
- connect with others: share presence with others in a supportive space.
We’ll close the evening with drinks and cake, to mark this special release together. I’d be so happy to share this moment with you and celebrate in community.
Space is limited, so secure your spot soon!

𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 can help you process emotions, feel grounded, and find clarity. I’ll offer prompts to guide you, but you’re free to write whatever feels right. It’s all about writing without judgment.
𝗬𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 is a slow, meditative practice that gently stretches the connective tissues around your joints and ligaments. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes, helping your body release tension, improve flexibility, and create space for energy to flow.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 is a deeply restful practice focused on healing and renewal. Supported by props such as bolsters and blankets, each pose is held in complete comfort for several minutes, allowing the body to release all effort and the nervous system to deeply relax. It’s an opportunity to rest fully, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I’m Joëtta, a songwriter, musician and yoga teacher. Music and yoga are at the heart of what I do, and I love weaving them together to create moments of stillness, presence and connection. I truly believe in the transformative power of both music and yoga. I teach weekly Yoga & Sound classes at Bluebirds, and on Friday 7 November, my song Anything will be released. It’s the second single from my second EP, and you can pre-save it here:
