Energy Release & Sound Healing

About this event

✨Energy Release & Sound Journey

We’ll begin with gentle energy release, creating space in the body, quieting the mind, and softening emotional tension. We’ll awaken and free the energy that may be stuck or stagnant within.

Next, we’ll drop into a grounding meditation to calm the nervous system and anchor ourselves in the present moment.

We’ll then journey with the sound of crystal and singing bowls. Let the frequencies move through you, balancing your energy, releasing what no longer serves, and bringing you back into alignment.

💫 Come as you are, and allow yourself to simply be. ✨

What to bring:

💧 Water
👕 Comfortable clothes
🧦 Extra pair of socks
🧣 Blanket (for warmth and comfort)
❤️ An open heart

Before the event, you’ll be added to a WhatsApp group where you’ll receive all final details, reminders, and location info.

With love and light ✨💜
