Dive into the unique world of contact improvisation. A dynamic danceform that invites you to connect through touch and shared weight. Evolving flows of movement sharpens the reflexes and opens up for playful interactions. Enjoy the connections, wind down and move together, listening and responding to one’s self, the space, and other people.

A “jam” is an unguided/open structure where we practice moving and improvising together, shifting between solos, duos, trios, or larger groups. You are free to enter or leave a dance at any time and can also observe from the side.

Take your time to explore, recharge, rewind, observe, and simply be in the space—it's all part of the jam.

Entrance near Kapelstraat 1 in Arnhem. It's the large purple building. Go through the gate and up the spiral staircase. If the door is closed, ring the bell at the Basis. Parking is free nearby.
