Hey dear cuddly friends,
One year ago, Mush Amsterdam was born—bringing together a beautiful community of touch-positive humans ready to create spaces of safety, love, authenticity, and autonomy. Since then, we’ve shared countless cuddles, laughter, healing moments, and deep connections. Now it’s time to celebrate together!
📅 When: Sunday, August 31st – 14:00 - 19:00
📍 Where: Amsterdam (with inside & outside mush options)
🥰 What: The biggest cuddle puddle of the year! (and more)
🎉 Afterparty? For those who can never get enough cuddles we will go for a cuddly dinner together somewhere nearby.
This won’t just be a regular Mush—it will be an extra-Mushy birthday edition with more time to cuddle, connect, live music, delicious birthday treats, and lots of extra surprises.
To provide all the food, drinks, location, birthday gifts, and other surprises, we estimate around €20–40 per person. Those who can afford a bit more allow us to offer the same amazing experience to others who have less to spend ♥️ All proceeds will be used directly to make the most of this event 🤗

If you have never attended a Welcome Mush before, this is your lucky day. The Mush birthday will be inclusive for everyone. We will explain and practice all the skills and agreements that we use to make the mush as safe and loving as possible. More info about this below:
The Mush is a values-based, touch-positive community. Your entry point into our family is the Welcome Mush—a one-of-a-kind structured cuddle experience combining touch-positive practices, non-verbal consent training, group nervous system co-regulation, and many-handed healing touch.
Our cuddle space isn’t just cozy—it’s a gentle reset for the nervous system, a soft landing for the heart, and a reminder of the magic of human connection.

Cancellation policy:
We understand that life sometimes takes an unexpected turn. And so we want to provide as much flexibility as we can while preventing disappointment of people that would've loved to join in your place.
Therefore:
-Until 24h before the start of the event - we allow you to inform us and change your ticket to a future Mush date without any charge.
-Until 6h before the start of the event - you may change your ticket to a future date by paying only 50% of the price of that future event.
-After 6 hours before the event it will be very hard to find someone to fill the suddenly available spot and therefore requests for refunds or changes will not be honoured any more.
You can contact the mush manager via email or WhatsApp in case of changes.
