About this event

A CEREMONIAL POST-SUMMER HOMECOMING

From beach to breath… we gently transition from summer’s ease into autumn’s rhythm.

This intimate retreat is a sacred pause – a space to reset, breathe and ground after the holidays and before the new season begins.

We’ll open with a warm cacao ceremony (optional – tea is available) and setting intentions. A gentle, slow yoga practice will reconnect body and mind, followed by resetting breathwork to release lingering tension. Through meditation & anchoring, we’ll cultivate presence and stability, closing with a nourishing lunch to integrate our shared experience.

This is an invitation to:

✨ Find calm after the whirlwind of friends and family time
✨ Recharge for fall with clarity and ease
