We staan op de drempel naar de herfst, het oogstseizoen met al zijn kleurenpracht en weerwisselingen. De uitbundigheid van de zomer maakt plaats voor reflectie, oogsten wat we gezaaid hebben, loslaten wat niet meer dient. Om ons hier volledig voor te openen is er weer een krachtige ademreis in de Soefitempel (https://universel.nl). Op zachte, ontvangende wijze ademen vanuit de Liquid Breath methode.
