🌿 Family Constellations Workshop – Amsterdam

Some challenges don’t start with you, but you’re the one who can end them.

Have you ever felt like you’re carrying something that isn’t yours?
Repeating patterns you can’t explain?
Or like something in your life just doesn’t flow, no matter how hard you try?

That’s where Family Constellations come in.
They help us see the hidden dynamics that influence our relationships, work, health, energy, and decisions, often rooted in our family system or deeper layers of life experience.

✨ This is for you if:

- You feel stuck in love, money, purpose, or your body, and don’t know why

- You carry guilt, heaviness, anxiety that doesn’t feel like it began with you

- You’ve done the inner work, but something still feels… off

- You’re ready to let go of something that’s no longer yours to carry

- You want clarity on a life or relationship challenge, beyond just talking about it

🔍 How the day works:
You can join as a Question Holder or a Representative.

Question Holder (max 2)
You bring a personal theme — something that feels stuck or emotionally charged — and we explore it in a constellation with the support of the group.
Intro price: €65 incl. VAT

Representative
You step into others’ constellations and often receive just as much. What you represent often reflects your own story — even without knowing it.
Intro price: €25 incl. VAT

No previous experience needed.
This is a safe, small-group space (max 10) — held with depth, clarity, and care.

Hi, I’m Dobritsa — a Systemic Therapist and Life Architect.
I’m trained in family and business constellations, systemic therapy, reiki, leadership, and psychology. But more than that, I’m a space holder. A pattern reader. I see the architecture behind what looks like “stuckness.” And I guide people back to a place that feels like home, in themselves.

As the founder of DiSGN-Yourself, I offer live and online workshops, group trainings, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
